While growing up, tamales and puerto rican rice were present at every family function. It only seemed right to offer these well known holiday favorites all year round. That's how Get Them While They're Hot Tamales was created. Currently we offer 4 different Flavor Profiles:

I vastly traveled North America, working as a sous chef in numerous, multicultural restaurants. For 15 years, before creating this business, I learned from the best, while adapting flavor combinations and cooking techniques to make each recipe my own.

Since a very young age I have been completely encompassed by all things food. By age nine, I had jumped into the deep end of restaurant customs. Over the years I have developed my passions by working onsite at various event venues in both sales and service areas. I look forward to personally serving you at your next catered event.
